We do not routinely collect sensitive information (such as health records). Please do not send sensitive information via the contact form unless necessary.

4. Disclosure (APP 6)
We may share data with hosting providers, email tools, and (if enabled) analytics partners who assist us to run the business. Some providers may store data overseas. 5. Direct marketing & SPAM Act
We only send promotional emails or SMS where permitted by law and, where required, with your consent. Every marketing message includes a way to opt out. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP (SMS) or using the link in emails, or by contacting us.

We use HTTPS, access controls, and provider security features. No online transmission is completely secure. We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept up to 90 days. We destroy or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
