1. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a remedy if services fail to meet a consumer guarantee—for example, if they are not provided with due care and skill or are not fit for purpose.
2. Cancellations by you
Cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session to receive a full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the session fee unless we can reallocate the time.
3. Rescheduling
One free reschedule per booking when you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
4. Refunds for prepaid services
Unused prepaid packages may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have commenced. After sessions begin, refunds are calculated for unused portions minus reasonable administration costs where permitted by law. Nothing here limits your ACL rights for major failures.
5. If we cancel
If we cancel a session, you may choose a new time or a full refund for the affected session.
6. How to request a refund or remedy
Email admin@restoresieve.world with your name, booking date, and reason. We aim to respond within 10 business days. See also Complaints & Feedback.
